2. Personal data we collect
When you voluntarily submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, preferred plot size, message, enquiry source, site-visit preferences, buyer requirements, campaign/UTM parameters (when present), referring page and the page from which the enquiry was sent. If you contact us through WhatsApp, email, phone or social platforms, those platforms may separately process information under their own policies.
3. Technical data
The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting and uses Firebase services for enquiry storage and restricted management authentication. When you submit an enquiry, the same enquiry details may also be transmitted to EmailJS for the admin notification and customer acknowledgement email, and to a Google Sheets endpoint operated through Google Apps Script for the business lead register. These service providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, network logs and security events as needed to deliver and protect their services.
4. Purpose and lawful use
- Respond to your requested property or site-visit enquiry.
- Share current project information, plot availability, layout details and follow-up requested by you.
- Maintain reasonable business records and protect the website from abuse.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.
We do not use the website enquiry form as permission for unrelated third-party marketing. You may ask us to stop promotional follow-up at any time.
5. Consent and notice
The enquiry form requires an affirmative checkbox before submission. By submitting, you consent to being contacted about that enquiry and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for future promotional communication by contacting us. Withdrawal does not automatically invalidate processing already lawfully completed or records that must be retained by law.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Access may be provided to authorized Sri Guru Ventures personnel and service providers used for hosting, database, authentication, communications, professional advice, or legal compliance, only to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes.
7. Firebase, EmailJS, Google Sheets and international processing
Firebase and Google Sheets/Apps Script are provided by Google, and transactional enquiry emails are sent through EmailJS. Depending on service architecture and lawful configuration, technical or personal data may be processed on infrastructure outside your state or country. If you choose the language selector or open the Google Maps site-location link after a site-visit request, Google may process that interaction under its own terms and privacy practices. These providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies and security controls. We use them only for website hosting, enquiry storage, lead administration and enquiry-related communications.
8. Retention
Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, customer service, transaction-related records, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business administration. We periodically review old leads and may delete records that are no longer required.
9. Security safeguards
We use HTTPS, Firebase Authentication for the restricted management dashboard, Firestore Security Rules, restricted management access, browser security headers, input validation and limited public database permissions. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and verification of identity, you may request information about personal data we hold about you, correction or updating of inaccurate data, deletion where legally available, withdrawal of consent for future communication, or grievance redressal. 11. Children
This website is intended for adults considering real estate. We do not knowingly solicit enquiry data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. Cookies and browser storage
The public website does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies by default. Limited browser storage may be used for form/session preferences, campaign attribution, basic abuse prevention and remembering during the current browser session that a site-visit request was successfully submitted. The guided buyer-assistant conversation is kept only in the open assistant interface and is cleared when the assistant is closed; if you choose to send an unresolved question through the feedback form, that submitted information becomes an enquiry record. 13. Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, email clients, social networks and government/authority resources take you to third-party services. In addition, enquiry submissions use Firebase, EmailJS and Google Sheets/Apps Script as described above. Each third-party provider has its own privacy and security terms.
14. Applicable Indian legal framework
Depending on the facts and commencement of particular provisions, relevant Indian requirements may include the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025; the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules that remain applicable; the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; and real-estate-specific obligations under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and applicable Andhra Pradesh rules. References here do not mean every provision applies to every website interaction.
